Blighty's enduring summer spirit seems to prevail. In spite of the joint Glasto and Wimbledon effect turning our blue skies into scary shades of grey pregnant with rain clouds dousing our BBQs into hissing plumes of smoke it appears that Brits have topped the European BBQ league. Yep that 's right whilst we've given up our World Cup hopes (c'mon did we ever think we'd get through our group) we can take pride in our grill status, we host over 125million barbi's proudly beating our Germanic colleagues into second place.
