Urban Rajah’s Spice Academy
Love Spice? Adore food from the Indian Subcontinent? Want to learn how to create Indian food from scratch or improve your know how and expand your repertoire?
You’re not alone with your spice cravings, we spend £3bn a year in the UK on Indian food, but go out and buy our best loved cuisine rather than creating it. My mission is to get Britain cooking curry and cultivate British made talent which is treasured and envied by the rest of the world.
So my hungry friends, hitch up your rickshaw and join me at my Spice Academy, which is dedicated to blowing away the myth that only those of Asian descent can create decent Indian food. My workshops are aimed at taking spice novices and connoisseurs alike through a journey which explores spice layering, original home cooking techniques purloined from 3 generations of curry masters. You’ll discover chef tips and tricks, creating the sublime from simple recipes and tackling more complex dishes for spice zealots.
Sign up here to join the Urban Rajah’s Spice Academy and we’ll let you know dates and locations of our forthcoming hands on tutorials.
